Sundale School offers a resource specialist program, speech and language, and reading lab services for those students who qualify.  Students enrolled in these programs receive extra support during their school day to help ensure success at school.  Services provided in the general education classroom are the "push in" model and when children are "pulled out" they work individually or in small groups.

The goal of the Resource Specialist Program is to help students overcome or adapt to their specific disabilities both in the classroom and in daily life.

Sundale is committed to early intervention for struggling students. Special Education staff works collaboratively with general education to provide opportunities for struggling, non-special education students to receive additional assistance as well as identified students.
