TK & Kindergarten Registration - March 6 & 7, 2024

If you have missed the registration dates, please contact the office as soon as possible! 559-688-7451

Registration is for the 2024-2025 school year. Incoming kindergarten must turn 5 on or before September 1, 2024. Incoming TK students must turn 5 between September 2, 2024 and June 2, 2025.

Please make sure to bring the following documents:

• Proof of Address (Utility Bill) - not needed for interdistrict students*
• Birth Certificate (Original)
• Parent/Guardian Photo ID
• Shot Records (Original)
  • DTaP 5 doses
  • Polio 4 doses
  • Hep B 3 doses
  • MMR 2 doses
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox) 2 doses
  • TB Skin Test
• Dental Assessment (Download Form - to be printed and completed by your child's dentist).

*Only interdistrict students that have current Sundale siblings and/or children of staff members may pre-enroll at this time. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENROLLMENT FOR YOUR CHILD.
