TK & Kindergarten Registration - March 4, 2026

Registration is for the 2026-2027 school year.
 

Incoming kindergarten must turn 5 on or before September 1, 2026. (Date of birth must fall between 9/2/2020 and 9/1/2021)

Incoming TK students must turn 5 between September 2, 2026 and September 1, 2027. (Date of birth must fall between 9/2/2021 and 9/1/2022)

 

Please make sure to bring the following documents:

  • Proof of Address (Utility Bill) - not needed for interdistrict students*
  • Birth Certificate (Original)
  • Parent/Guardian Photo ID
  • Shot Records (Original)
    • DTaP 5 doses
    • Polio 4 doses
    • Hep B 3 doses
    • MMR 2 doses
    • Varicella (Chicken Pox) 2 doses
    • TB Skin Test
  • Dental Assessment (Download Form - to be printed and completed by your child's dentist).
    • FREE dental assessments will be available during registration on March 4, 2026

*Only interdistrict students that have current Sundale siblings and/or children of staff members may pre-enroll at this time. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENROLLMENT FOR YOUR CHILD.
