Welcome to Transitional- Kindergarten!           

I would like to welcome your child to the  wonderful world of transitional-kindergarten.  I am looking forward to a great year, working together with you and your child.  This will be a year of growth and development for your child.  Together, we can make learning a positive experience for your child.

Homework

Dear Parents,

Homework is a vital part of your child's daily practice.  Our homework will consist of a weekly packet.  There will be the letter of the week, beginning sounds, math practice and book reading.  It is important for your child to complete the homework and return it to school that Friday.  Homework is given to reinforce what we are learning in class.  Please take the time to check your child's worksheets and give some guidance if necessary.
