Homework (for a typical week) in Mr. Bagley's class:

Monday:  Math & Spelling (each missed word 2 times, each correct word 1 time, and two sentences)

Tuesday:  Math & reading for 20-30 min.

Wednesday:  Math & reading for 20-30 min.

Thursday:  Math OR Scholastic News (not both), and reading for 20-30 min.

Friday:  NO HOMEWORK ....unless they love to read  ;-)

Note to parents: I would like all my students reading every night for 20 to 30 minutes; they can also practice multiplication flash cards, typing, or cursive writing; the only other extra practice or homework would be for large projects and/or essays OR if they are behind in Weekly Goals (Dreambox, Lexia, and AR point goals)

I normally send home a weekly schedule every Monday and the spelling words, the vocabulary words, and the homework are all listed near the bottom.
